1. Who May Use LoopViewAd & Account Limits
- Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract.
One Account Per Individual. Each user is permitted to create, operate, and maintain exactly one (1) account. Creating duplicate or disposable accounts to multiply earnings or exploit bonuses is grounds for permanent termination and total forfeiture of balances across all linked accounts.
- Household Limit. A maximum of two (2) separate accounts may exist per physical household or shared residential IP address, provided they belong to distinct, verifiable individuals.
2. Earning Points & Playback Rules
- Point Value. 1,000 points equal $1.00. Points are platform units of account, have no cash value outside LoopViewAd, and cannot be sold, transferred, or assigned.
- Completed Video Views. A completed view credits 2 points. A view is completed only after watching at least 95% of the video ad without muting, scrubbing, or automating playback.
- Human Session Requirement. Backgrounding tabs, splitting windows, or running automated scripts produces non-creditable views. We reserve the right to withhold credit for any view our fraud detection cannot attribute to an active human session.
- Daily Limits. Each ad campaign may be viewed for credit a limited number of times per 24-hour cycle based on advertiser demand.
3. Third-Party Offerwalls & Partner Integrations
- Completion Validation. Rewards credited via third-party offerwalls, survey providers, or sponsored affiliate partners are conditional upon advertiser verification.
- Reversals & Chargebacks. If an advertiser flags an offer completion as fraudulent, reversed, or non-genuine, LoopViewAd reserves the right to deduct the corresponding points from your balance.
Integrity. Submitting false, temporary, or stolen information (such as disposable emails or VoIP numbers) on partner offers will result in an immediate account ban.
4. Bonuses & Streaks
- Welcome Bonus. Up to 500 points ($0.50) awarded across 3 completed view milestones. Paid exclusively on completed views, never on signup alone. Unclaimed milestones expire 30 days after registration.
- Daily Streaks. 20 completed views in a calendar day maintains a streak, worth up to 100 bonus points per day and up to 10,000 points over the account lifetime. Streaks require consecutive daily activity; a missed day resets the streak count to zero.
- Verification Prerequisite. Bonus accruals and redemptions require a verified account beyond simple email confirmation.
5. Withdrawals & Payout Rules (PayPal Policy)
- Payout Threshold. The minimum withdrawal threshold is 5,000 points ($5.00), redeemable to a valid PayPal account.
PayPal Account Limit. A single PayPal email address may be linked to a maximum of two (2) LoopViewAd accounts, to accommodate legitimate shared households. If three (3) or more accounts attempt to withdraw funds to the same PayPal email address, all connected accounts are automatically frozen by our fraud engine. Any attempt to route payouts from multiple farmed accounts into a single payment method results in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
- Identity Matching. The name and verification details on your LoopViewAd profile must reasonably match the recipient identity on the payout destination.
- Fees & Review. Withdrawals undergo security and fraud review prior to distribution. Refused requests return points to the user balance unless forfeited for fraudulent activity.
6. Prohibited Conduct (VPNs, Proxies & Bots)
Location Spoofing. Accessing the platform using VPNs, residential or datacenter proxies, Tor, or any location-masking software is strictly prohibited. Accounts detected using masked connections will be blocked from earning and redeeming.
Automation & Emulators. The use of macro recorders, auto-clickers, headless browsers, virtual machines, cloud instances (VPS), or Android/iOS emulators (e.g., BlueStacks) results in an immediate permanent ban.
7. Fraud Audits & Verification
Security Holds. An account may be placed under review without suspension. Flagged accounts may continue viewing, but bonuses and redemptions remain held until the review concludes (typically within 24–48 hours).
- Verification Rights. LoopViewAd reserves the right to request proof of identity (such as SMS verification or government photo ID) prior to approving redemptions.
- Final Authority. We reserve the right to refuse payout, zero balances, or ban accounts where system telemetry identifies coordinated abuse.
8. Advertisers & Guaranteed Views
- Delivery Standard. Campaign packages are delivered as guaranteed completed views that pass anti-fraud filtering.
- Review & Screening. All destination URLs are monitored for malware, cloaking, and unauthorized redirects. Prohibited verticals include adult content, weapons, illegal substances, deceptive financial schemes, and content targeting minors.
9. Service Availability & Changes
- Demand-Based Inventory. Ad availability depends entirely on current advertiser budgets and pacing.
- Terms Modification. We reserve the right to alter point values, redemption thresholds, or bonus structures prospectively with advance notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
As-Is Platform. The platform is provided as-is. Our total liability is limited strictly to the cash-equivalent value of valid points in your balance at the time a dispute arises. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
