LoopViewAd Terms of Service & Fair Use Policy

The rules that keep payouts real. Every rule below is enforced by automated fraud detection running on every account, every session, and every withdrawal.

Violations of the PayPal payout policy and the VPN / proxy ban are treated as fraud, not oversight. Confirmed violations result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all points, balances, and pending payouts.

Account Limits & Multi-Accounting

  • One Account Per Individual

    Each user is permitted to create, maintain, and operate exactly one (1) LoopViewAd account.

  • Household Limit

    A maximum of two (2) separate accounts may exist per physical household or shared residential IP address, provided they belong to distinct, verifiable individuals.

  • Prohibited Behavior

    Creating duplicate, secondary, or disposable accounts to farm points, exploit welcome bonuses, or manipulate platform reward mechanisms is strictly prohibited.

Payout & Payment Rules (PayPal Policy)

Zero tolerance

  • PayPal Account Limit

    A single PayPal email address may be linked to a maximum of two (2) LoopViewAd accounts, to accommodate shared legitimate households.

  • Automatic Flagging

    If three (3) or more accounts attempt to withdraw funds to the same PayPal email address, all associated accounts will be automatically flagged by our automated fraud detection system.

  • Enforcement & Forfeiture

    Connecting an unauthorized number of accounts to a single payout method will result in immediate withdrawal cancellation, freeze of all pending payouts, and permanent termination of all linked accounts. All accumulated points, balances, and bonuses will be permanently forfeited.

  • Account Matching

    The name registered on the LoopViewAd profile must reasonably match the account holder's name on the destination payout account.

Prohibited Connection Types (VPNs, Proxies & Emulators)

Zero tolerance

  • No Proxies or VPNs

    Accessing LoopViewAd via Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), datacenter proxies, residential proxy networks, Tor, or any location-masking tool is strictly prohibited.

  • Real Location Enforcement

    LoopViewAd relies on verified geographic data to deliver legitimate partner campaigns. Any connection detected from an anonymized or spoofed IP address will be instantly blocked from earning or redeeming rewards.

  • Virtual Environments

    Operating LoopViewAd inside virtual machines, cloud instances (VPS), headless browsers, or Android/iOS emulators (e.g., BlueStacks, Nox) is strictly banned.

Automated Activity, Bots & Manipulation

  • Human Interaction Only

    All video views, offer interactions, task completions, and link clicks must result from genuine human attention and manual navigation.

  • Automated Tools

    The use of macro recorders, auto-clickers, browser extensions designed to bypass timers, headless scripts, automated web drivers, or bot networks will trigger an immediate permanent hardware/IP ban.

  • Background Tab Manipulation

    Exploiting browser tabs, background worker scripts, or multi-window splitting to simulate multiple concurrent views beyond platform specifications is prohibited.

Partner Offers & Offerwall Integrity

  • Chargebacks and Reversals

    Rewards credited via third-party offerwalls, survey providers, or sponsored affiliate partners are conditional upon advertiser validation. If an advertiser flags an offer completion as fraudulent, reversed, or non-genuine, LoopViewAd reserves the right to deduct the corresponding points from your balance.

  • Fake Information

    Providing fabricated, stolen, or disposable details (e.g., fake phone numbers, temp emails, burner credit cards) when completing partner offers constitutes grounds for immediate platform expulsion.

Fraud Audits & Verification Rights

  • Pre-Payout Review

    All initial withdrawal requests are subject to an automated and manual security review that checks IP history, device fingerprints, and offer completion logs.

  • Identity Verification

    LoopViewAd reserves the right to request basic proof of identity (e.g., SMS phone verification or government-issued photo ID) prior to approving high-value or first-time payouts.

  • Final Authority

    LoopViewAd reserves the exclusive right to deny payouts, reset reward points, or terminate accounts where system telemetry indicates coordinated fraud, bot abuse, or systemic violations of these terms.
